WBTV Charlotte
During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to work at one of Charlotte, N.C.’s most-watched news stations. While working at WBTV Charlotte as a production intern, I helped producers with the four, five and six p.m. newscasts. I wrote conversational VOs, VOSOTs and PKGs using AP Style. I also used programs such as Oasis and CBS Newspath to find immersive B-roll and monitor breaking news. In addition, I helped create show rundowns through Mobile ENPS.
